Shipping policy

At 1980 Jewelry, every order is carefully prepared and packaged with attention to detail.

• Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• Delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination and carrier.

• Pre-Order and Custom-Made pieces require additional production time (5-10 business days) and will ship once completed.

• 1980 Jewelry is not responsible for carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control once the package has shipped.

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as orders cannot be modified once processed.

• 1980 Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

PICK UP ORDERS

Customer has three (3) months for the jewelry and one (1) month for the clothing to pick up their order. If your order is not picked up during that period, the pieces will be put up for sale again and the customer will lose the piece and the money.

SHOWROOM: Las Palmas Industrial Park, Cataño. 

Showroom Hours:  (most of the time, but this can change according to the events we have scheduled.  Please call to confirm).

Friday - Saturday 10am - 3pm
