Returns and Exchanges (JEWELRY):
- Unworn pieces are eligible for exchange or store credit only (no refunds) with proof of purchase and original packing within the next 7 days once the order was placed (Showroom) or received (online orders).
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs, unless it's due to our mistake.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Sale items are not elegible for return, exchanges or refunds.
- Earrings can not be exchanged or return do to sanitary guidelines.
- No price adjustments will be made to merchandise purchased prior to specials or offers.
Warranty and Care Policy:
1980 Jewelry pieces are high quality made. To extend their appearance they must not be exposed to excessive heat and moisture as it will slowly deteriorate the plating of the metal. They have a 30-day limited warranty for manufacturer defects.
1980 Jewelry does not provide a product warranty for items with normal wear and tear or damage due to improper care.

At 1980 Jewelry, we are committed to offering thoughtfully curated pieces. Please review our return guidelines below.
- All sales will be made once the drop has been released and will be done through the web. If you need help with your order you can contact us and it will be done through an invoice that will be sent to your email.
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• The following items are final sale and not eligible for return: white garments, one-size pieces, metallic fabrics, sequined styles, cream-colored items, holiday collection pieces, all SALE items, and Pre-Order or Custom-Made designs. Deposits on custom or pre-order pieces are non-refundable.
• We do not offer cash refunds. Approved returns are issued as store credit, valid for 90 days.
• Store credit may be redeemed once and cannot be applied across multiple returns.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• To request a return, please send an email 1980jewelrypr@gmail.com or WhatsApp (787)564-4688 including your name, phone number, order number, and reason for return.
• Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in perfect condition, with all original tags attached.
• 1980 Jewelry reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet these conditions.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs.
• 1980 Jewelry is not responsible for lost packages during return shipping.
